This is my go-to low calorie smoothie that packs a punch!

  • Keurig Coffee (whatever your favorite flavor is!)
  • A splash of Coconut Almond Milk
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • Scoop of Labrada Protein- Jamie Eason Natural Chocolate Whey Concentrate)
  • Add 1/2 frozen banana for extra creaminess!
