The Marriage
Report Card

The goal is not to decide whether your marriage is “good” or “bad.” It is to discover whether you and your spouse are experiencing the same marriage—and find the conversation most worth having.

How it works

  1. Each privately scores all ten categories.
  2. Reveal your scores together and notice the gaps.
  3. The higher score shares what works; the lower shares what is missing.
  4. Don’t argue someone out of their score.
  5. Choose one action that could raise one category by one point.

The one-point challenge

Small change.
Shared direction.
